Build procurement experience with AtkinsRéalis in Mississauga, supporting complex administrative systems, purchase orders, and supplier documentation. Choose a 4, 8, 12, or 16-month placement.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Student supports Buyers, Order Administrators, Expeditors, Procurement Engineering, and Management. This co-op assignment supports Project and Services through procurement administration, financial information handling, logistics, and invoicing. Students can begin in January 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, distribution, and filing
- Support Procurement Management and Quality Management reporting duties
- Process Non-Disclosure Agreements and supplier documentation registration
- Manage the proposal submission inbox and material control
- Create small-dollar goods purchase orders, including Punch out and Pcard
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education, equivalent experience, or transferable skills
- Administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Proficiency with database entry, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional time management supporting multiple customers and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while learning new tasks
