Senior Developer in Vancouver

Atimi is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to fill a position in Vancouver, Canada. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates from all provinces. Atimi works with leading companies in North America, providing high-quality software solutions that integrate both mobile and web experiences.

We are looking for an established leader in the domain with solid experience in software development principles, data engineering, hands-on knowledge of the latest cloud technologies, business intelligence, and soft skills. You work well with colleagues, partners, and clients and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, design and implement the right solution
• Designing and implementing backend solutions with Java, Spring and AWS
• Designing and implementing backend solutions with node.js (nest.js) and Typescript
• Designing and implementing frontend solutions with Typescript and React
• Designing and implementing new extensions in the Workday Environment
• Preparing business requirement documents, configuration documents and process flows
• Delivering fair outcomes for our customers, ensuring conduct maintains a high level of expertise
• Providing support to other team members and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a recognized university
• 5+ years of experience with Java
• 3+ years of experience with Typescript
• 3+ years of experience with AWS
• 3+ years of relevant experience implementing Workday integrations
• 6+ years of software development experience
• 1+ years of Workday HR module expertise
• Experience working directly with clients and other project stakeholders to define and refine requirements
• Strong English skills (written and verbal)

About Salary And Compensation

The salary for this position is based on the Atimi Salary Grid for Individual Lead and ranges between 140k and 210k per annum, depending on the individual's experience and performance during the interview.
