As Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers, Facilities Managers, site teams, and internal stakeholders. The work combines project coordination, facilities management support, and main-office operations. Key tools and knowledge include drawings, procurement, change management, project records, and Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project plans, milestones, schedules, and progress tracking
- Track budgets, commitments, forecasts, costs, and variances
- Coordinate technicians, contractors, logistics, access, and paperwork
- Maintain actions, risks, issues, changes, submittals, and deficiencies
- Support commissioning, handover, closeout, and lessons learned
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
- Three to five years supporting construction, infrastructure, or facilities projects
- Knowledge of drawings, specifications, procurement, schedules, and cost tracking
- Strong organization, communication, and competing-priority management
- Microsoft 365 proficiency and valid Class 5 driver's license
