Key Responsibilities:
- Execute detailed inspections and provide accurate defect reporting
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems and fixtures
- Assist in the planning and execution of new projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Complete additional duties as required
Requirements:
- Journeyperson Certified HVAC Refrigeration Mechanic with Red Seal
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Current safety certificates (Fall Arrest, Confined Space, Elevated Work Platform)
- Excellent schematic reading and communication skills
- Class 5 license and a clean driving abstract
