ATCO Structures & Logistics seeks an Accommodations Manager for lodge operations at Artemis Blackwater Mine. This management role oversees room management, reservations, housekeeping, janitorial services, and occupancy reporting. You will lead site teams, support customer needs, and maintain service, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, train, coach, and support Housekeepers and Janitors
- Manage reservations, check-in/out, and occupancy reporting processes
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and exterior lodge areas
- Conduct Toolbox Safety meetings on relevant housekeeping topics
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain client site liaison
Requirements:
- Four to six years of accommodation industry management experience
- University degree or college diploma considered an asset
- Proficiency in Excel is required
- Proven management, communication, and analytical skills
- Successful pre-employment alcohol, drug, and criminal record checks
