Key Responsibilities:
- Complete preventive maintenance inspections using CMMS
- Perform minor repairs like drywall and painting
- Address plumbing issues, including leaks and clogs
- Identify deficiencies and correct within authorized scope
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and deficiencies
Requirements:
- Minimum two years in facility maintenance or trades support
- Valid Class 5 driver's license required
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CMMS is an asset
