Support ATCO Electric's SCADA/EMS/ADMS environment in Vegreville, Alberta, using systems administration and cybersecurity monitoring skills. Participate in customer-focused support for the System Operations Center.
As a Real Time Systems Analyst I, you will monitor and maintain process control systems, servers, workstations, and network equipment. You will also support electronic and physical security systems while working with the Cyber Security Office and operational groups on ARS CIP compliance. The work includes Linux and Windows troubleshooting, database administration, backups, and system integrity checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor SCADA/EMS/ADMS hardware, software, networks, and security devices
- Collect evidence supporting ARS CIP compliance requirements
- Maintain databases, backups, archives, and user accounts
- Resolve Linux, Windows, and process control software problems
- Configure and test SCADA system enhancements and equipment
Requirements:
- Diploma in computer systems, computer engineering, or network engineering technology
- Two years of experience across at least three technical areas
- Experience with operating systems, cybersecurity, programming, networks, or SCADA
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, analytical, interpersonal, and team skills
- Valid Class 5 operator's license
