Define quality strategies across Salesforce platforms, coordinate with architecture, security, data governance, development, and delivery teams, and advance Agile practices. The work includes configuration, customization, data migration, integrations, and continuous delivery, with emphasis on measurable improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent Three-plus years managing IT delivery and maintenance teams Experience with Salesforce, cloud development, and deployment Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and testing tools Understanding of Agile, security, compliance, and software delivery methods Bring Salesforce QA leadership, automated testing expertise, and Agile delivery knowledge to ATB’s enterprise CRM transformation.
