Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized advice on personal banking products and services
- Guide clients toward savings, investment, lending, and credit products
- Identify referral opportunities within ATB's full service offering
- Promote digital tools and educate clients on their use
- Protect client information while managing risk and compliance
Requirements:
- Two to four years creating remarkable client experiences
- One to three years in retail banking or similar fields
- Passion for sales, relationship building, and relationship management
- Post-secondary finance or business administration education, or relevant experience
- Experience with lending products considered an asset
