Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor production Azure and Databricks environments
- Respond to incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot networking, storage, identity, and access issues
- Manage alerts, dashboards, and operational monitoring
- Maintain runbooks, procedures, and platform documentation
Requirements:
- Three or more years supporting Azure infrastructure
- One or more years supporting Databricks environments
- Experience with Azure Storage and ADLS Gen2
- Understanding of Entra ID, RBAC, and Key Vault
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
