This role involves working closely with business leads and executives to translate data into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in SQL, relational databases, and experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI preferred).
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Present findings and insights clearly to non-technical audiences, including executives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Ideal Candidate Traits
- Strong SQL capabilities with at least 5 years of experience (query writing, optimization, troubleshooting).
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehouses.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive presentations.
- Experience as a BI Developer, ideally with Power BI.
- Nice-to-Have
- Background in insurance or related industry.
- Exposure to Cloud SQL or Big Query environments.
