We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to support testing initiatives across functional, regression, and integration testing activities. The ideal candidate will actively participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications through effective test planning, execution, and defect management.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements elaboration sessions, sprint planning, release readiness reviews, and other Agile ceremonies
- Design, develop, and execute functional test plans and detailed test cases based on product and business requirements
- Document, log, and track defects using management tools, ensuring issues are clearly communicated to relevant teams
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues identified during testing
Conduct
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Integration Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Verify new features and ensure updates do not negatively impact existing functionality
- Prepare high-quality test documentation and present testing results and recommendations to stakeholders
- Coordinate demos with business stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary
- Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA to track testing efforts and progress
- Strong experience in:
- Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Integration Testing
- Test planning
- Test case creation and documentation
- Defect management and tracking tools such as JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify edge cases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
