We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Product Analyst to support critical platforms such as SAP, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will integrate business, cybersecurity, and technical teams to streamline operations and drive product improvements. Primary focus will include understanding business requirements, facilitating workshops, and overseeing project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with business stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and elicit business needs
- Document current and future-state business processes
- Validate proposed solutions via User Acceptance Testing
- Support project delivery and track requirements
Requirements:
- Strong Business Analysis experience required
- Background in cybersecurity concepts and frameworks
- Experience supporting SAP, MDM, or ServiceNow
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in developing technical documentation
