Reporting to the Manager of Satellite Offices, you will deliver client-centered settlement services and collaborate across ANC divisions. The work supports immigrants and refugees with housing and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help clients find, stabilize, and maintain housing
- Complete housing applications with Satellite Office clients
- Deliver workshops, counselling, and crisis intervention
- Educate clients about housing options and tenant rights
- Maintain landlord lists, files, statistics, and reports
Requirements:
- Relevant Human Services degree or equivalent experience
- Previous case management experience with vulnerable populations
- Skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
- Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication
- Legal authorization, Class 5 license, and reliable vehicle
