Maple Ridge Community Management, an Associa® Company, seeks a Portfolio Manager for the West GTA. You will manage daily operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial matters across assigned properties. The position requires condominium experience, board relations, budgeting knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential and commercial property portfolios
- Prioritize portfolio business and projects promptly
- Coordinate emergencies, contracts, projects, and contractors
- Prepare agendas, conduct meetings, and follow up with minutes
- Administer budgets, expenses, and invoice coding
Requirements:
- Hold a Condominium Management General License
- Bring three years of condominium experience
- Understand the Condominium Act and shared agreements
- Demonstrate financial, insurance, and budgetary management knowledge
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiently
