The Associate Implementation Manager owns assigned implementation activities with guidance on complex engagements. You will maintain timelines, manage risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee delivery. The work partners with Product, Technology, Operations, Training, QA, Release Management, and Account Management. Key Responsibilities:
Manage small client implementations from initiation through completion Maintain implementation plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities and working sessions Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and progress Provide status updates and maintain project artifacts Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience Two to five years in implementation or project management Experience managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and initiatives Working knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and stakeholder management Apply implementation planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination skills as an Associate Implementation Manager.
