The Regional Human Resources Manager provides hands-on leadership for Assa Abloy Canada's regional employee lifecycle. You will advise General Managers and people leaders while coordinating safety, talent acquisition, and training programs. Core work includes investigations, performance management, accommodations, corrective action, compliance, change, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
