Fleming and Baron, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Afternoon Shift (4:00 pm – 12:30 am) at our Woodbridge, Ontario facility.
You will lead the Door Department operations during the afternoon shift, empowering teams to achieve safety, quality, efficiency and on-time delivery goals.
You will oversee daily schedules, coach employees, monitor metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve productivity and reduce waste.
