Review, proofread, organize, and draft commercial legal documents Manage Agiloft contract milestones, renewals, and compliance obligations Maintain Canadian and Quebec minute books and registries Coordinate filings, declarations, and regulatory submissions Translate correspondence, summaries, and memos between English and French Requirements:
