You will report to the Vice President, Human Resources and oversee a regional team of HR Managers, guiding employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, and M&A integration.
Based in Oakville, ON, this role is on-site four days a week with travel across branches (roughly 20–30%).
