Use Excel and financial analysis skills as Aspen's Cash Flow & Reporting Analyst in Calgary, supporting accurate property reporting and cash flow tracking.
Reporting to the Vice President, Asset Management, this analyst coordinates leasing transactions and monitors property cash flow. The position supports capital expenditure tracking, budget reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting. It also works with Leasing, Property Management, and Accounting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain leasing transaction trackers and follow up on outstanding items
- Track leasing costs, tenant improvements, and capital expenditures
- Maintain property cash flow schedules and forecast updates
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting packages
- Develop templates, dashboards, and automated reporting workflows
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- One to three years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of financial concepts
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
- Successful Police Information Check and Educational Verification Check
