The Process Engineer manages the entire cement manufacturing process and recommends operational improvements. You will analyze production conditions, support plant production, and optimize fuel efficiency, electrical efficiency, and production rate. The work includes PLC systems, instrumentation, testing, and data gathering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines
- Analyze cement production and implement optimal operating changes
- Program, document, and improve computerized process systems
- Test production equipment and record performance measurements
- Provide technical support for efficient quality-controlled cement production
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
- Minimum two years of related engineering experience
- Knowledge of pyro processing, thermodynamics, and heat transfer
- Knowledge of PLC systems and instrumentation techniques
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills
