Lead finance systems strategy at Gallagher Benefit Services, combining enterprise application ownership with financial controls and platform governance expertise. The Enterprise Application Owner, Finance Systems leads the financial application ecosystem across its lifecycle. You will align Finance, Controllership, and Technology while supporting general ledger, close, consolidation, reporting, and FP&A. The position also guides roadmaps, integrations, automation, and operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the application’s three-to-five-year strategic vision
- Maintain roadmaps for features, upgrades, technical debt, and replacement
- Prioritize requests, enhancements, bug fixes, and business requirements
- Manage budgets, licensing, vendors, contracts, and service performance
- Oversee reliability, architecture, documentation, security, and compliance remediation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, accounting, or related field
- 10+ years enterprise technology experience, including 5+ finance systems years
- Knowledge of R2R, general ledger, close, consolidation, FP&A, and reporting
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, OneStream, or comparable platforms
- Understanding of SOX, audits, segregation of duties, and data governance
- Bring finance process expertise, roadmap leadership, and controls knowledge to Gallagher’s enterprise application ecosystem.
