Our Corporate and M&A Group advises on complex transactions, including public and private M&A, migrations, reorganisations, joint ventures, and corporate governance. We also handle complex private equity transactions for various stakeholders.
Due to continued growth in our Corporate M&A Practice Group, we are seeking a talented and ambitious Associate (2–5 PQE) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting for pioneering market participants, domestic and international.
- Provision of legal and commercial expertise.
- Working as part of cross-border and interdisciplinary teams to advise on corporate activities.
- Engaging in business development and thought leadership initiatives.
- Drafting legal documents clearly and concisely.
- Attending networking and marketing events.
- Developing reliable relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
- 2-5 years' relevant post qualification experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills.
- High level of commercial and business awareness.
- Calm and measured approach to problem solving.
