Drive profitable guest experiences across estate properties. The Senior Manager, Regional Estates oversees regional wineries throughout Ontario. This senior leadership role connects retail sales, winery experiences, brand marketing, food service, and direct-to-consumer priorities. Its purpose is to build brand loyalty, sustainable profitability, destination awareness, and valued wine-club memberships while maintaining safe estate properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish operational and temporary labour objectives with visitor experience managers
- Design estate experiences and improve retail, hospitality, and restaurant margins
- Develop destination messaging, social media, public relations, and outreach
- Coordinate recruiting, training materials, communications, and team development
- Manage capital projects, maintenance needs, vendors, and property improvements
Requirements:
- Business degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
- Six to eight years winery retail, hospitality, and food service experience
- International wine knowledge and experience
- Strategic thinking, long-term planning, and strong leadership experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office and clear written and verbal communication
