Plan fixed plant maintenance at Artemis Gold’s Blackwater Mine using job planning, scheduling, and safety leadership. Work a two weeks on, two weeks off rotation. The Planner supports infrastructure maintenance activities at the Blackwater Mine site in central British Columbia. This position develops timelines, forecasts, job plans, and written procedures for fixed plant operations. It also coordinates crafts, operators, vendors, Technical Support, management, tools, permits, and contracted personnel. Accurate equipment history, bills of materials, costing, and budgeting information support maintenance decisions and resource allocation. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain transparent weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance forecasts Prepare infrastructure job plans aligned with safety and operational requirements Confirm tools, permits, and contracted personnel before scheduling work Coordinate fixed plant planning with crafts, operators, vendors, and management Maintain equipment history and bills of materials accurately Requirements:
Two years’ maintenance planning or supervision experience in mining or heavy industry Mechanical or electrical engineering education, related studies, or trade qualification Knowledge of remote-site health, safety, and environmental requirements Microsoft Office proficiency and effective time management skills Mechanical or electrical equipment maintenance and repair experience Bring maintenance planning, fixed plant knowledge, and proactive safety leadership to Artemis Gold’s Blackwater Mine infrastructure team.
