Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze knowledge bases for structural, metadata, and searchability gaps
- Assess 100-200 pilot articles for quality and tagging
- Analyze search logs, user behavior, and zero-result queries
- Design taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, synonyms, and tagging rules
- Evaluate AI retrieval quality during proofs of concept
Requirements:
- 5+ years in information science or related disciplines
- Experience designing enterprise taxonomies and metadata models
- Experience improving content findability and search optimization
- Experience preparing content for AI-powered search
- Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance
