Global treasury leadership at Sagard requires fund financing expertise and infrastructure design across North America and Europe. Build a function from the ground up. Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Treasury will establish and lead Sagard’s global treasury function. The mandate spans strategy, execution, governance, controls, reporting, and infrastructure for a multi-entity, multi-currency investment platform. The role partners with investment teams, executives, and external financing partners across jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:
Design Sagard’s global treasury operating model Build scalable multi-entity, multi-currency infrastructure Oversee liquidity planning and cash optimization Execute subscription lines, NAV facilities, and ABLs Develop FX and hedging strategies Requirements:
15–20+ years in treasury, financing, or capital markets Alternative asset management, private equity, or credit background Expertise in fund financing and capital structure optimization Experience building or transforming treasury functions Bachelor’s degree; CFA or MBA preferred Lead Sagard’s global treasury build with financing, liquidity, banking, and capital structure expertise across its investment platform.
