Apply CMM programming and quality expertise at Arrow Engineered Products, ensuring finished goods and first article packages meet customer requirements. Work includes dimensional evaluation and reporting. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer supports turnkey manufacturing for nuclear, chemical mixing, heat exchanger, and autoclave systems. You will maintain inspection methods, evaluate data, support corrective actions, and help departments meet applicable standards. The position also contributes to continuous improvement and manufacturing-process research. Key Responsibilities:
Develop inspection methods, reports, and CMM programs Monitor incoming materials, processes, and finished products Compile PPAP and First Article submissions Evaluate dimensional data and prepare deviation reports Train operators and inspectors on required inspections Requirements:
University degree or related post-secondary education, or equivalent experience Minimum two years in a quality-related function Knowledge of SPC, quality auditing, and assurance techniques Experience with ASME welding and nuclear standards Ability to interpret blueprints and conduct FAIRs Bring CMM, PPAP, dimensional inspection, and corrective-action capabilities to Arrow’s quality-focused manufacturing programs.
