Spine & Sport Physical Therapy seeks a Physical Therapist for flexible per diem and part-time work. You will provide personalized rehabilitation services across clinics in Camarillo, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, and surrounding areas. The role includes patient assessments, treatment planning, documentation, education, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish treatment goals
- Develop personalized treatment plans using therapeutic techniques
- Administer exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions
- Document evaluations, progress notes, outcomes, and discharges
- Educate patients and families about home exercises
Requirements:
- Valid state Physical Therapist licensure
- Doctorate or Master's degree from an accredited program
- CPR certification and required state certifications
- Strong clinical skills in relevant therapy areas preferred
- Proficient computer skills for documentation
