Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mobile unit inspections and vehicle cleanliness
- Analyze employee performance and issue warnings
- Conduct staff training and emergency response procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory of security equipment
- Oversee guard operations in absence of scheduling staff
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Security Supervising experience
- Valid Basic Security Training License
- Class 5 Driver's License with clean abstract
- Proficient in English, verbal and written
- Reliable with strong leadership abilities
