Requirements:
- Experience shipping production-grade AI systems
- Hands-on OpenAI and Anthropic SDK experience
- Experience with orchestration frameworks and multi-agent coordination
- Knowledge of RAG, tool calling, and vector databases
- Experience deploying AI services in Kubernetes and containers
