Arkfield Capital is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee corporate financial reporting, tax compliance, and core accounting operations for its rental portfolio.
You will supervise two staff accountants, review monthly packages from property managers, and support the external audit and quarterly board reporting.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of accounting experience, real estate/audit exposure preferred; strong Excel skills and Yardi Voyager experience.
