The position involves residential construction duties completed at the employer's physical location, with no remote option. You will finish freshly poured cement, install specified fixtures, apply curing components, and restore damaged concrete sections. Two years to less than three years of experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fill hollows and remove spots from freshly poured cement
- Level concrete surfaces according to grade and depth specifications
- Finish concrete using hand and power tools
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, and door sills
- Repair, resurface, and replace damaged concrete sections
Requirements:
- English language ability
- Two years to less than three years of experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
