Aritzia is growing and our Marketing Integration team is growing with it. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end management of Marketing projects, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with business objectives. As the Senior Manager / Manager, Marketing Projects, Marketing Integration, you will lead the team to:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
- Drive the prioritization of Marketing projects by evaluating business needs, resources, and strategic impact to focus the team on the work that matters most.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of Marketing projects, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to deliver work seamlessly across teams.
- Enhance the tools, resources, and ways of working that enable Marketing teams to collaborate effectively and execute with confidence.
- Champion seamless integration between Marketing and cross-functional partners by identifying impacts, aligning stakeholders, and keeping priorities moving forward.
The Senior Manager / Manager, Marketing Projects, Marketing Integration, has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Project Management.
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
