As the Senior Director/Director, Solution Delivery, Finance Technology, you will:

  • Own the Finance technology strategy and roadmap, partnering with business leaders to identify innovative solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow, and leading the business case, ROI, and total cost of ownership across the portfolio.
  • Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and governance, including SOW, MSA, and DPA oversight in partnership with Legal, while managing platform budgets and holding partners accountable to performance and service commitments.
  • Direct the translation of business requirements into scalable, user‑centric solution designs that meet SOX, internal control, audit, and data governance requirements.
  • Oversee the full solution delivery lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring build, configuration, and integration align with technical requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensure structured testing strategies are in place to validate functionality, protect data integrity, and resolve defects prior to delivery.
  • Lead the deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of Finance technology solutions, including system monitoring, license optimization, and resolution of technical escalations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and govern the responsible application of AI and intelligent automation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, agentic workflows, and Power Automate) to improve Finance processes, controls, and productivity.
  • Lead change management, training, and enablement to drive user adoption, and build and maintain trusted relationships with Finance and cross‑functional business stakeholders as a strategic partner, translating technical decisions into executive‑ready recommendations and keeping stakeholders engaged and aligned throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Represent the Finance function on company‑wide projects and initiatives that originate outside of Finance, actively participating to ensure the Finance department's requirements, controls, and interests are understood, protected, and reflected in the final solution.
