As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will shape order management services with business and engineering partners. You will guide the transition from SAP ECC SD toward a next-generation Distributed Order Management platform. The work spans retail, eCommerce, supply chain, payments, and fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead functional strategy and multi-year product roadmaps Translate omnichannel goals into epics and user stories Partner across architecture, APIs, SAP, POS, and fulfillment Oversee payment authorizations, settlements, refunds, and fraud controls Establish testing, rollout, and hyper care protocols Requirements:
Technical product management or senior systems analysis experience Enterprise retail, eCommerce, or supply chain technology experience Experience with transformations, vendor RFPs, or DOM migrations Familiarity with SAP ECC SD or SAP S/4HANA SD Knowledge of DOM, ATP, BOPIS, APIs, and Agile Apply product leadership, order management expertise, and integration knowledge to modernize Aritzia’s global omnichannel technology landscape.
