CRM Email Campaigns Coordinator MLSE in Toronto

Support MLSE's CRM email operations through campaign coordination, audience segmentation, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication across brands.

As Email Marketing & Campaigns Coordinator, you will support day-to-day campaign delivery while working with internal teams and MLSE's email agency. Your responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating content and creative, reviewing setup, supporting targeting, and maintaining established processes. The position suits someone comfortable managing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as day-to-day contact for stakeholders and the email agency
• Guide campaigns from brief through deployment and final approvals
• Support audience segmentation, targeting, testing, and quality assurance
• Lead planning meetings and document decisions, actions, and next steps
• Uphold CASL, PIPEDA, anti-spam, and email best-practice requirements

Requirements:

• One to three years' experience in CRM, email, digital, or marketing operations
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
• Confidence setting expectations and constructively pushing back when necessary
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing links, copy, audiences, and setup
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
