We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team from our Thompson, MB location .
In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of the company by obtaining orders, understanding, and interpreting sales/customer requirements, providing information and presenting/selling promotional items.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying sales opportunities and meeting customers’ requirements.
- Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Collecting customer information, obtaining orders, generating interest, and making product recommendations
- Closing sales and achieving period/monthly targets
- In person selling and setting up dynamic displays
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven sales experience; minimum 1 year experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong in person and phone contact handling skills including active listening
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications such as MS Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate considered an asset.
- Clean drivers abstract.
- Ability to lift 50lbs
