A hybrid work schedule is available for this office-based role. This Digital Merchandising Specialist works closely with the Manager, Digital Merchandising on seasonal search and merchandise strategies. You will manage ranking, synonyms, redirects, autosuggest, filters, and sorting while responding to launches, inventory shifts, and regional assortments. Your analysis will guide testing and refinements across search and product listing pages. Key Responsibilities:
Lead ongoing optimization of the on-site search experience Manage in-season merchandising for launches and inventory shifts Translate performance insights into actionable search optimizations Support regional strategies across markets, languages, and websites Share search insights and best practices with merchandising teams Requirements:
Three or more years of product search and merchandising experience University degree in a relevant subject Experience using digital merchandising and search management software Strong analytical and organizational skills Confidence communicating with cross-functional teams Bring product search, merchandising software, and analytical skills to improve relevance, visibility, and conversion across Arc’teryx sites.
