The role combines technical expertise, project delivery, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high‑quality outcomes.

As the Discipline Lead, you will provide leadership to the drainage team while overseeing the successful delivery of drainage and stormwater management projects across the infrastructure sector. On major or strategic pursuits, you may act as a Design Lead or Technical Director.

Additionally, you will support the growth and development of the discipline by mentoring team members, helping build a diverse and capable team, and encouraging continuous learning and innovation. Working with other discipline leaders and departments, you will help ensure drainage solutions are effectively integrated into broader project outcomes while advancing the overall strength and capability of the practice.
