Candidates need at least three years of cooking experience, British Columbia Food Safety certification, and industrial kitchen organization skills. Work averages 40 hours weekly, with overtime paid at time and a half.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast items according to recipes and company standards
- Present food attractively while meeting quality standards
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
- Monitor inventory and report low supplies
- Assist First Cook with ordering and inventory counts
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience as a Cook
- British Columbia Food Safety certification throughout employment
- Comfort using kitchen equipment and knives
- Organizational and time management skills in industrial kitchens
- Ability to work night shifts and multiple rotations
