As part of the partnership between the Pessamit Community and Aramark Québec, we are looking for Kitchen General Helpers for the Hydro-Québec Manic-3 camp.
Aramark offers 14 days on / 14 days off rotation schedule.
Transportation is provided by airplane from Montréal and Québec City airports.
A shuttle service will be provided from Pessamit and Baie-Comeau to Manic-3.
Employees are provided with meals and accommodation in a private room. Washer and dryer facilities are available on site.
Aramark offers highly competitive group insurance benefits.

Salary
The schedule is 70 hours per week. After 40 hours, overtime is paid at time and a half.
- Job Responsibilities
- Wash, transport, and store dishes.
- Maintain the kitchen and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation as needed.
- Be able to meet operational requirements.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude toward guests, consumers, clients, colleagues, etc.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation programs.
- Follow all applicable safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in a remote camp environment (asset).
- WHMIS certification (asset).
- Good physical stamina to lift and carry objects.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and good judgment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently.

The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete a criminal background check and, where applicable, a vulnerable sector screening.
