Aramark seeks a Patient Services Supervisor for hospital and long-term care settings. This role interprets patient diet orders, coordinates food needs, and connects patients, nursing services, and Food and Nutrition Services. You will lead, train, and support Patient Services Workers while helping meet patients' basic nutrition care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Patient Services Workers during meal service
- Deliver ordered nourishments and snacks to patients
- Offer appropriate menu selections for nutrition diet orders
- Communicate patient food needs to appropriate departments
- Support sanitation, inventory, and temperature monitoring tasks
Requirements:
- Experience as a Patient Services Supervisor required
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- English speaking, reading, and writing required
