As Operations Manager, you will direct food and facilities services across Long Term Care and Daily Assisted Living. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food and facilities service activities
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety compliance
- Manage employee performance, development, engagement, and policy compliance
- Direct food presentation, quality, cost control, and cash handling
- Supervise housekeeping schedules, cleaning, and infection control standards
Requirements:
- Five-plus years managing progressive operations experience
- Financial and operational responsibility of one to two million dollars
- Healthcare food service management experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
