ʔaq̓am is seeking a Community Health Nurse based in Cranbrook, BC.
You will support the health and wellbeing of ʔaq̓amnik̓ and the ʔaq̓am Community through nursing care, case management, and health promotion that respects cultural values and community priorities.
In this role you will lead home and community care services, supervise a small team of Registered Care Aides and a Home Support Worker, and coordinate wellness programs in partnership with regional health agencies.
