We are looking for an experienced Lead Middleware Platform Engineer to lead the design, implementation, automation, and production readiness of enterprise middleware and RDF platforms for a global financial institution.
- Lead middleware platform architecture, implementation, and deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and support.
- Drive observability, logging, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- Develop production runbooks, disaster recovery procedures, and support models.
- Ensure platform security, scalability, resiliency, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, development teams, and third-party vendors.
- Mentor engineering teams on platform engineering best practices.
10+ years of platform, middleware, or infrastructure engineering experience
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent)
Monitoring and observability tools
Python, Shell scripting, or similar automation technologies
Production readiness, security, resiliency, and mission-critical support experience
Nice to Have:
- RDF Triple Store and graph database experience
