We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Product Analyst to support enterprise platforms and business applications such as SAP, Salesforce CRM, Master Data Management (MDM), Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Service Now, or similar enterprise solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise product analysis, Agile delivery, product management tools, system integration, APIs, and data analysis.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyze business requirements, support product enhancements, and ensure enterprise applications align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce CRM, MDM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Service Now, or other enterprise applications.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for product enhancements and application improvements.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities.
- Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, refinement sessions, and user story development.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze system integrations, data flows, and API interactions between enterprise applications.
- Support system integration activities and coordinate with technical teams to resolve application and integration issues.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends, assess product performance, and support business decisions.
- Assist with product testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation of delivered functionality.
- Maintain product documentation, process flows, requirements, and functional specifications.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, application usability, and operational efficiency.
- Track product enhancements and delivery progress using Agile and product management tools.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce CRM, MDM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Service Now, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and product management practices.
- Experience with product management and Agile delivery tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
- Understanding of system integration concepts, REST APIs, and data exchange between enterprise applications.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting business or product metrics.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams in a cross-functional environment.
