Join the Shared Services Technology team in Capital Markets as we continuously deliver new capabilities to modernize operational business processes by delivering enterprise grade solutions. We are seeking a talented and adaptable PM to maintain an existing portfolio of applications and deliver new business capabilities.
What will you do:
- Define, manage and communicate updates on roadmaps of high profile RBCCM projects (including Reconciliations, Architecture, Standard Technical Services etc.)
- Communicate and manage various stakeholders
- Manage backlog and communicate feature requests to Developers
- Organize and prioritize development of features
- Manage and report key KPIs to Project Management Office

What do you need to succeed:
- Must have technical diploma with 7 years of experience as a Project Manager
- 2 years in a technical role and experience working with technical teams (Developers, Quality Engineers, Business Analysts)
- Enabler (Think): Focus on strategic thinking and lead to constant improvement. Provide clear guidance and set standards to others, enabling the best outcome from the team. Monitor and measure the progress and manage risks of not delivering.
