The SAP Administrator Human Resources supports payroll information for Education Workers and Para Professional Staff. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, you will verify adjustments, process timesheets, investigate overpayments, and resolve employee inquiries. Accuracy and knowledge of collective agreements are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and calculate salary adjustments and overpayments
- Produce letters for status changes and overpayments
- Process timesheets for assigned staff
- Resolve employee payroll issues within required timelines
- Maintain employee lists and prepare reports
Requirements:
- One to two years' experience in Human Resources or Payroll
- Human Resources or Payroll courses up to one year
- Proficient SAP knowledge for employee information updates
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
